GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders received with a PO by Noon (12 PM Central) will ship the same day if products are available.  If you create an order after Noon (12 PM Central), but need it to ship the same day, email store@ldartools.com, then call 877-788-1110 ext. 6.  Make sure you talk to someone if you want the order to go out the same day.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship anywhere in the United States using FedEx. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the items you order, excluding applicable sales tax. If you would like to discuss international ordering options, email store@ldartools.com.

SHIPPING LIABILITY
FedEx liability for each package is limited to US $100 unless a higher value is declared.  Contact store@ldartools.com if you would like to pay to increase the declared value.  See the FedEx Service Guide for full terms and conditions.

All issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery at the site.
